This is what I posted on the SS today and didn't want to re-write everything!
Hope you are all having a great week! I am and will continue to do so.
Hoping I can get tickets for my B-day in Nov for a Vikings game...they play Green Bay on that day. Would be awesome to see it again!
Previous post:
So as some of you know, I am at a meeting this week. As part of the "team building" we did an obstacle course this eve.
I must say that a year ago I would have died. In fact it looked as though some might after we were done.
I was on a team of 10, (as was everyone else) and the last to complete the final leg of one of the obstacles due to where we lined up....but I was the first of our team to cross the finish line after the obstacles were completed. What I am saying is that from a sitting position in the sand I beat the rest of my team to the line....not bad from a former fat dude.
It is much better being in shape, even if I haven't lost all the fat. Cardiovascularly, I feel like I could do anything (except run long distances)
This is progress!
as for the rest of the day. Food right on!
Workout I just described (sort of)
