Short one tonight

Just a short post today. Not a lot to talk about.

Had a great weight workout today. Lifted pretty heavy esp. on the legs. They are so much more developed than the rest of me.

I went into it today knowing it was going to be a great secession. I followed up the lifting with a nice 20 minutes on the elliptical. Ended up being a mile and a half. Felt really good about the whole day.

Actually, I was going to do my video from where I am taking my son on Friday to turkey hunt. But as luck would have it there were two toms (male turkey's) sitting where I was going to go. (can't wait to see if he can get one of them.)

Check out Dan's blog, I posted a hello there. SO who's next? Besides Dan of course.

Peace to all of you!

Todd

  6. i liked your video, it is really nice to put a voice to our faces. what fun. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. cancer sucks ass. i have another very young friend that is going through treatment right now. its ridiculous. i think it has alot to do with our environment and all the crap we are exposed to with chemicals etc.

I think it would be cool to meet Cleo in chicago. If she has time; we should try to all meet there. I don't know how my work situation will be. I'm on my first 3 months before i get bennies so i have to work every shift until then so i have to get my hours in. How far are you from madison, wi.
