I will be home very late, more like early.
No work out today. Taking it as my rest day. Yesterdays "workout" made me sore! Unbelievable how running in sand and stuff works more muscles!

O'Hare - been there, many times for many , many hours. Better you than me - sorry Todd - hope you get back at a decent time and get some needed rest and quality time with the family.
